As a Career Coach, I have helped many people create new opportunities for themselves when their jobs disappeared through reorganization or down-sizing. I enjoy both one-to-one coaching and group facilitation in the following areas: assertive communication; problem-solving and interpersonal skills development; and career, life and retirement planning. I am qualified and experienced in the use of MBTI®, Personality Dimensions™ and Retirement Success Profile© assessment tools.

In addition, I am experienced in public speaking, leadership, parenting, music, and palliative care and in the set-up and operation of small businesses.

I am a Graduate of Coach University and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Currently, I hold the position of Vice-President of the Ottawa Chapter of the Canadian Association of Pre-Retirement Planners (CAPP).
